Each piece is full commercial grade, with melamine lamination for high use areas, high impact edges to withstand bumps and dings, completely finished edges front, back and bottom for high Usage, with solid back panels to make the cabinets perfectly square and rigid, and easy-to-install back splashes on prep stations and trash stations to increase functionality and limit liquid spills and food falling behind the cabinets. Question:What are the dimensions of this furniture?

Answer:The grouping is 72”wide, 24”deep, 35”high to the counter height, and 75”high to the top of the appliance hutch. The fridge opening is 20”w x 33”h x 20”d

Question:Is the left side bottom shelf removable to allow for mini fridge?

Answer:Yes. It is shown in the image of the individual piece in case someone decides to not use a mini bar fridge. But it is completely removable. The opening size is 20"w x 20"d x 33"h

Question:Can it be put to put together w the tall side on the right? I know this would split the cabinets but im just thining the way my space is

Answer:These groups are designed to be modular so the base cabinets be swapped to either side, and the hutch top can be also swapped onto either cabinet. So if due to your space you prefer to have the hutch top on the right there is no problem ... two options ... either move the hutch on top of the door unit, or move the door unit to the left of the fridge cabinet and hutch so the tall cabinet is on the right side. It will be a perfect solution.

Question:What is the counter surface made of? Is it resistent to heat and liquid?

Answer:the counter top is made of melamine which is heat and water "resistant", but NOT heat and water PROOF. Sustained hot objects directly on the surface will damage the laminate, as will sustained exposure to water. Spills are meant to be wiped up right away and hot objects set on coasters or pads.
