Bike arrived on time, installation video was very helpful, I was riding a couple hours after unpacking. Pedal assist is tricky to get started, but once it does I leave it in 6th gear and it works like a charm. There is a red button you push to turn pedal assist on or off, I usually have to push it a few times to get it to work. You have to pedal hard to get it to kick in, but not too bad. Throttle of course is like riding fully electric, but that's just for lazy people ;) I had to adjust the brakes and seat as well as assemble the basket, fender, headlight, and handlebars. I got this for my girlfriend, who is not that athletic and I wanted her to ride with me when I take my "manual" bike out. After testing this bike, I think I might get one. Surprisingly well.

This bike works well, I just wish the battery lasted a little longer. The hills here are steep and take a bit of the charge away quickly. But, since this is solely a commuter bike we can live with charging it more. It is easy to assemble, easy to ride and won't break the bank.

- good battery life, still after 3 years.
- good price if you are on a budget
- Battery works well under cold weather and stands rain and snow conditions.
- option to use a throttle or constant pedal assist. This is important since other models of this brand do not come with the throttle anymore.

Every description of function and components was true. These bikes are no joke, quality.

I got this bicycle for my wife, so she can take our 5 years old to school. The Bicycle was easy to assembly, and all the tools were provided. It is a powerful bicycle that operates with a bike accelerator like handle on the right hand, it is very easy to operate.

First thing, I am 61 and have COPD, so not in the best shape but not in the worst either! I am also 5'10", I have long legs. This bike has a lot of room for adjusting the seat level and handlebar height so you can adjust it for your comfort in riding. You ride more upright on this bike as opposed to leaning forward on other frame styles. I prefer the upright riding position.
Ultimately I chose this one because of price, the fact that it already had on it what i would have to add to other ebikes(the basket in the front, the rack in the back and headlight)and well it's cute!
Yes the bike is heavy, it has a motor and battery pack, it is also steel frame. So plan on braking early and using front and rear brakes to stop. I don't think i would go down a steep hill with this.
Mine came with a different kickstand than it shows in the picture also a different chain guard. The chain guard on mine is metal painted to match the bike, I like that better.
It arrives mostly put together, all you have to do is put handlebars ,front fender, basket and front wheel on. I had a friend do it for me as he had done the same bike already. They also have a video that shows you exactly how to put it together.
The seat itself is pretty comfortable(as far as bike seats go). If you plan on doing long rides or frequent rides I would suggest wearing bike shorts or compression type work out pants/shorts. They do help alleviate the sore rear end you would get otherwise.
The bike has 3 modes, pedal only , pedal assist and a throttle. My first ride was 4 and half miles. I mostly pedaled and used the throttle when i felt the need. This worked out perfectly for me. You choose how you want use it.
It really is just the basic ebike. Doesn't have the more powerful motor or the more elaborate electronic stuff .
I just didn't need that. This is perfect for my use.

Just got it, will be riding to work tomorrow. And let you know. Rode it around the block. At this point I think it will be great up date on bike ,chain always coming off if roll bike backwards at all.
