Delivery was quick and Fireplace was well packaged with no damage to the enclosed items. The set up was quick, approximately one and a half hour and easy (using bar clamps) following the included instructions. Once the fireplace was all set up we can certainly agree that pictures do not do it justice. It looks wonderful and we love it. Fit and finish was great. Thanks Wayfair !

Just delivered and assembled. Looks awesome in our new home. Some of the pieces were hard to put together, but overall great. Nothing a little caulking wont make look even better.

Absolutely beautiful! Really well built! It looks a lot nicer in person, the flame looks real and it produces a lot of heat. I highly recommend this fireplace! It fools everyone that walks into our house, they think it’s real and was built with the house!

LOVE this fireplace! Easy assembly. Fraction of gas fireplace cost. Able to use without heat anytime, and as heat source when needed. 65” TV fits perfectly above. You will not regret this purchase. Just go for it!
